During my recent stay at Comfort Inn, I found the location to be perfect for my needs, with convenient amenities nearby like a convenience store and a tempting taco spot just across the street. The staff, despite being short-staffed, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my work trip to May, Tx a bit more bearable.However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with noticeable dust behind the fridge and infrequent housekeeping.On a positive note, the restroom was well-kept, and the room provided a comfortable respite during a difficult time as I visited a hospitalized loved one. The hotel's respectful and understanding approach during this trying period was commendable, providing a sense of ease amidst the challenging circumstances.While Comfort Inn does offer value in terms of location and friendly staff, improvements in cleanliness maintenance would elevate the luxury aspect for weary travelers seeking solace.
